Berry Cheesecake Smoothie

A satisfying and filling smoothie that is packed with berries and protein to keep you full for hours. Using 2023's "it girl" - cottage cheese, to give it a creamy texture. This flavor combination will be your new favorite smoothie.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries 140g
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese 55g - I use @good_culture
  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein 20g
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water - add a little more as needed if you want it thinner

Instructions
 

  • Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
  • Add a crunchy granola or cereal to the bottom of a cup. Pour your smoothie on top of it and enjoy!
