Meet recipe developer, Megan Sheley

Food is more than just a source of energy for our bodies. It is a way to express our creativity, build a healthier relationship with food, and learn a new skill that can be completely therapeutic.

from a food-obsessed girly to a full-time Recipe Developer

From my personal experience of struggling with an autoimmune disease, I know how food can be one of the most healing, while simultaneously being one of the most damaging things to our health.

I started my business to inspire and empower others to get in touch with food, whether it’s through shopping, learning, experimenting, or cooking.

Hey fam, I'm Megan - a foodie turned full-time Recipe Developer. Food is the center of my world, and I believe it is one of the most important things in bringing people together. I'm all about creating a world where food is fun, tasty, and makes you feel good.

I'm not into diets that tell you what to eat and what not to eat - in this corner of the internet we're all about bio-individuality. I believe that every body is unique, and what works for one person, may not work for another.

Always be snackin’ on recipes focused on:

Food does not need to be so serious. Find your zen in the kitchen!

Finding Your Zen

Find pleasure and growth in fueling both your body and mind through food.

Branch out of your comfort zone, try new flavors, & experiment with new ingredients.

Flex your creative muscle and tap into a desire for creativity and self-expression.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutritional and lifestyle needs.

Who says you have to sacrifice taste for health when it comes to good food?!

I think they have such fun and unique snacks, while also carrying classics and staples at what feels like a much lower price than its competitors. While my favorites switch up […]
